if you are in need of an easy to grow, fills in empty spots well, blooms like crazy, goes till the frost annual, the cosmos is for you! it grows readily from seed, comes is several colors and petal designs, several heights, and is very forgiving. it just grows and grows. the foliage is very lacy, and it's a fantastic cut flower as well. vow to plant some next spring, you won't be disappointed. "sonata" and "seashell" are two of my favorites. oh yeah, the bees adore them too...
